With some of the most romantic locations for date night on the planet - think dining by the Dubai Fountain or taking a boat ride across the Madinat - it's no wonder so many people fall in love in Dubai.
But now it's official - the Emirate is one of the best places to get engaged in the world.
According to luxury jewelry brand Ingle & Rhode, the UAE city is up there with the likes of Paris and Las Vegas when it comes to marriage proposals. And as the place where stars including Eva Longoria and Michelle Keegan said "yes", we couldn't agree more.
The company analyzed data from Instagram, the first place many women will go to share a photo of their new bling after they say yes, and discovered people can't help but post pictures of their engagement ring with the striking skyline in the background.
They looked up hashtags #isaidyes, #heproposed #proposal and #proposed, discovering many of the geographical co-ordinates were right here in the Middle East.
