Though none of Trump's antics are humorous, the news coming out of his administration is sometimes so absurd that all you can do is laugh.
His latest prerogative (which prevents people traveling from 10 airports in the Middle East from carrying any electronic device other than a laptop into the cabin) is certainly unprecedented, and people are struggling to make sense of the odd ruling.
