Tongue burning after enjoying your favorite curry? Avoid the water and soda (it'll only make it feel even spicier) and opt for a yogurt-based lassi drink instead. This recipe from Roti Rollers is a fruity one – so let Mango Lassi serve as your dessert.

Mango Lassi

Ingredients

  1. 800ml yogurt,
  2. 60g sugar, grain
  3. 400ml milk
  4. 1200g Mango fresh (Badami or Malgoba variety)

Directions

  1. Wash, peel and remove flesh of mango, discard seed and skin.
  2. In a blender add sugar and mango with milk, blend at half speed till all flesh and sugar are mixed well.
  3. Add yogurt and continue blending on pulse til a smooth pouring consistency Lassi is achieved.
