- 2 cloves organic garlic
- 1 sprig Thyme
- 2 tsp Olive oil
- Pinch Salt and pepper
- 1 large Beetroot - chopped
- 1 tsp Tahini paste
Directions
- Roast beetroot, garlic, and thyme with olive oil and the seasoning at 140c for 35-40 minutes.
- Cool fully and blend with tahini until smooth.
