People will reimagine their favorite food into just about anything, like Legos. One artist is taking it to the next level by making tiny clay sculptures of all sorts of food, like toast, dumplings, and more.

The artist, Kim Clough, posts each creation on her Instagram account, fairchildart_miniatures. Clough dabbles in these sculptures because she loves food and the process of putting them together. "I love miniatures because it gives you a sense of being able to control a large part of the world in a small contained space," she wrote on Bored Panda. Her account currently has more than 2,000 followers, a number that will definitely change when people grow more fascinated with what she makes.

Curious about her process? She makes each tiny food sculpture from polymer clay and uses a one inch equals 12 inches scale. Her current focus is a project called "Decay in Miniature," where she is forming of more of these sculptures in their decaying form

Take a peek at some of our favorite food sculptures ahead and if you love them so much, Clough sells some on Etsy. Otherwise, spend your time mesmerized by another artist who does something similar with food and objects.
