Claire Danes arrived at HBO's Golden Globe Awards afterparty, held at The Beverly Hilton hotel, with a best actress statue in hand and a wry smile on her face. While I loved Claire's performance in Temple Grandin, the leading role in this photo is definitely being played by the retro patterns of the HBO photo backdrop. The saturated colors and retro, geometric prints seemed inspired by a show from a rival network (which was beat this year by another HBO show for best drama). I'm not one to complain about fun retro prints, though. I love the look, my favorite at the moment being the Angela Adams Curvy Doormat ($45), pictured on the bottom left.
