Citizens of the two nations can travel either way without a visa for up to 90 days, Khaleej Times reports.
Bordering Argentina, Uruguay is the smallest country in South America, but what it lacks in size, it makes up in culture, arts and beauty. In fact, the city of Punta del Este in Uruguay is considered the South American Riviera, and is where the 'it' crowd spend their summer weekends.
