Maple syrup and walnuts are a festive way to jazz up your plate of vegetables this holiday season.
Maple Syrup Vinaigrette Mixed Greens With Walnuts

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tsp spinneysFOOD Maple Syrup
- 1 small spinneysFOOD Peeled Garlic Clove, finely chopped
- 200g spinneysFOOD Fine Green Beans
- 200g spinneysFOOD Mangetout
- 200g spinneysFOOD Tenderstem Broccoli
- 3 tbsp walnuts, toasted and roughly chopped
Directions
- Whisk the olive oil, vinegar, maple syrup and garlic together in a small bowl then
set aside. - Blanch the greens in a large pan of boiling salted water for
1 minute. Immediately
refresh in iced water. - Transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle over the vinaigrette and sprinkle with the
walnuts to serve.
