Layer up a mason jar and pop in the fridge the night before to enjoy a tasty Bircher Muesli for breakfast.

Bircher Muesli

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup Greek yogurt
  2. 1 cup granola
  3. ½ cup chopped almonds
  4. ½ cup Mejdool dates (seedless)
  5. 1 tbsp honey
  6. ½ tbsp powdered sugar or ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Take a jar or bowl and pure Greek yoghurt at the base.
  2. Top with granola.
  3. Add dates (cut in halves), almonds, and top off with mixed berries.
  4. Drizzle honey over the mixture.
  5. Top with sugar or cinnamon (depending on your preference).
