"For the future of all refugee children, be a #voice4Alan."
That's what the UN Refugee Agency, UNHCR, is asking with their latest campaign. "Two years ago, the world came together in solidarity," the agency explains on their website. "The tragic drowning of toddler Alan Kurdi on the 2nd of September 2015 lead to an unprecedented wave of sympathy all over the world.
"Two years on, we ask you to give your voice to Alan to pay him tribute and to stand with refugee children in need for safety and protection."
Using the hashtag #voice4Alan, UNHCR is begging people to add their voice now, and to speak up for 2-year-old Alan.
